1. Rope wire phosphating treatment, give priority to the use of manganese or zinc-manganese phosphating, no drawing processing is carried out after the wire is phosphated, and the phosphated steel wire twisted wire rope is directly used, due to the phosphating coating makes the surface of the steel wire more wear-resistant, and the phosphate film is not conductive, which can improve the anti-rust ability of the steel wire at the same time, and the service life of the phosphated wire rope is 2-3 times that of the smooth wire rope, and the fatigue resistance of the wire rope is greatly improved. Classification according to the twisting method
Single-ply rope
Also known as single twist rope, it is made of rope-making steel wire twisted around a central wire or hemp core, and can be twisted into one or more layers of steel wire.
Double twisted rope
It is made by twisting a double-strand rope around a rope core (steel core or fiber core), which can twist one or more layers of steel wire, and is the most widely used variety of wire rope.
Three twisted ropes
The double-twisted rope is twisted around the core of the rope as a strand rope, and is mainly used for thick gauge wire ropes with a diameter of more than 60mm, such as offshore wire ropes
The wire rope twisting method is marked as follows:
A right cross twist SZ: the right twist of the rope, the left twist of the strand, the twist direction of the strand rope is opposite to the twist direction of the steel wire in the strand, which is called the alternating twist
B Left alternate twist ZS: rope left twist, strand right twist
C right twist ZZ: right twist of rope, right twist of strand
D left twist in the same direction: left twist of rope, left twist of strand
E right mixed twist: right twist of rope, left twist of part of the strand, right twist of part of the strand
F Left mixed twist: rope left twist, part of the strand right twist, part of the strand left twist
